Flat-Fee agreements are our most popular agreement type and deliver all the service and support you need for a predictable, fixed monthly fee. Developed from strong customer interest, this agreement type includes our full suite of Managed IT Services, such as Remote Monitoring, Pro-Active Response to Alerts, Endpoint Protection, Disaster Recovery, Email Security, Email Archiving and is based on the number of users and infrastructure devices within your organization. Flat-Fee Agreements are designed to reduce your total expenditure on I.T., not limit consumption of needed support services.

Flat-Fee TSSAs grant you access to all of the services that a traditional I.T. department would add to your organization without the high-overhead associated with staffing. We provide support to all users named within the agreement and each covered user receives benefits to our helpdesk, Enterprise-class Endpoint Protection software, and Hosted Email Security and Email Archiving, further reducing the amount of spending necessary to maintain a healthy network. We also monitor your critical network assets and client systems to ward off performance issues and costly downtime. In addition, our Flat-Fee TSSAs also provide Enterprise-class backup and recovery software for every server included within the agreement. We even provide coverage your routers, firewalls, switches, and access points.

Minor Projects Labor for any number of short projects, per year, limited to 40 hrs combined total. Applicable to any service within the scope of the agreement. Trip Fees and any out-of-pocket expense not included.

Managed Computers is an alternate billing model, replacing Managed Users, and is only used for special cases.
