Mt. Airy Equipment Company, Inc. is one of the largest equipment dealers in the southeast, providing a full line of Kubota products as well as several other product lines from other manufacturers. With over 100 years of experience in the equipment industry, these guys know their business. Our job was to provide a business-class messaging platform that would centralize and secure correspondence and contact information, so that business could continue with minimal interruption if a user's computer or mobile device experieinced failure or was lost or broken.
Solution
The provided solution was based upon Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 Standard, which provided so much more than the customer had ever hoped. After the integration of the server platform, migrating the company's 25 workgroup computers to the Microsoft domain network, the project sponsor quickly realized that many other problem areas, relating to collaboration and security, had just been alleviated without any downtime or disruption of service.
